Dermaplaning provides a smooth, exfoliated, hair-free surface which is ideal for make up application and silky skin. Dermaplaning is a favorite among brides and is a highly sought after treatment. Make sure to do your research- dermaplaning should only be performed in a medically-supervised office. Risks are minimal but can include small abrasions, irritation or aggravation of cold sores. Dermaplaning can be done on most skin types, however active acne and moderate to severe rosacea/sensitive skin types are not ideal candidates.
